Hispaniae popul. Sicoris fluv. olim accolae, qui relictis sedibus suis, Sicanô duce, in Italiam se contulerun,t pulsisque Aboriginibus Latium occupârunt; ipsique postea ab ipsis pulsi, quos ante pepuleratn, insulam vicinam Italiae occupaverunt, et eam Sicaniam a suo nomine nuncupaverunt.
